We are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer /Customer Care Executive
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
3 -4 years’ experience as Admin Officer /Customer Care Executive or a relevant role
- Excellent customer service
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM
- The ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- BSc/BA in Mass communication or any relevant field
