The Office Assistant is to ensure that work environments are healthy and safe for the other employees who work in the building. Hence, you are expected to resume work an hour earlier before other staff.



  • Candidate must possess a minimum of SSCE / NECO / GCE
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Candidate must reside within Lekki axis
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in a related role
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision



  • Responsible for daily cleaning of office workspace, including restrooms.
  • Ordering of provisions and toiletries for the office.
  • Emptying of rubbish bins daily
  • Periodic dusting of furniture and blinds as well as cleaning of windows and doors
  • Periodic cleaning of rest rooms, microwave oven etc.
  • Assist in running office errands
  • Assist with photocopying of documents and other clerical duties when requested
